CHIMBORAZO CLIMB 6268 msnm (2 DAYS)

It was first climbed by the English Edward Whymper and the cousins of Carrel Italian guides of the Matterhorn in 1880. It has two shelters at 4800 and 5000 m.a.

ITINERARY

CARIHUAIRAZO CUMBRE 5016 masl (2 DAYS)

ITINERARY

DAY 1: We leave from Riobamba at 09:00 in private transportation to "El Encañonado de las Abras" on the banks of the Mocha River, we will do an approximate journey of 45 minutes, after which we start the trek following the course of the river, going west, until we reach the base camp located at 4,300 masl, at the base in the community of Mecha Huasca.
